Kuits’ licensing team win Regulatory Team of the Year

Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits solicitors, is celebrating being awarded ‘Regulatory Team of the Year’ at the Manchester Legal Awards 2024. These prestigious awards, organised by the Manchester Law Society, were held on 6^th June at the Midland Hotel in Manchester which followed a meticulous judging process by a panel of highly successful and well-respected individuals from the business, legal and academic community across the north west.

Kuits’ licensing team is the only firm in the north west to be ranked in Tier 1 of Legal 500 and has developed a reputation for successfully obtaining new premise licenses in areas of cumulative impact. Following the grant of the 24-hour licence of Factory International at the beginning of 2023, the team has continued to shape the licensing landscape and contribute to place making in the city centre by successfully securing licenses for the public realm in the St John’s development, as well as Lower Campfield Market in Manchester’s newest neighbourhood.
