David has a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial property, advising on property investment, development, funding and managing property portfolios.  His clients are a mix of public companies, property investment and management companies and private investors.  He affords his clients an “in-house” service, providing strategic advice from structuring the transaction through to completion, and offering a pragmatic and commercial approach to achieving his clients desired outcome.

Notable transactions include:

• Acting on the sale of one the north west’s largest privately owned industrial portfolios for circa £80 million
• Advising on the acquisition and subsequent sale of a portfolio of city centre residential buildings for circa £38 million
• Acting on the purchase of a significant city centre shopping centre for £75 million
• Acting on the sale of a 36 acre inner city site for a landmark £100 million development
