Holly is a Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate team.

Areas of Expertise

Holly joined Kuits in September 2021 as Paralegal working in the Dispute Resolution team and then in our Corporate team.

Holly started her Training Contract at Kuits in March 2023 and undertook her first three seats with the Corporate team, Commercial Property team and Commercial and IP team respectively. Holly is now in her final seat and is back with our Corporate team, where she assists with:

• purchase and sale of private companies;
• share purchases;
• share sales;
• share exchanges;
• employee incentivisation schemes;
• family investment companies;
• group reorganisations;
• formation of companies; and
• company secretarial matters.
