Home / Services / Residential Property Law Solicitors / Selling a Property
We understand that when it comes to selling a property, not only is it critical to get the technical conveyancing aspects of the transaction right, but that time scales are also very important.
Our residential property solicitors will work hard to achieve the best possible results for you.
We will compile all the necessary information, including details of your title at the Land Registry (or from your deeds in the case of unregistered property), all appropriate property information forms requiring completion by you and all documentation associated therewith.
We will then prepare and submit a draft contract and supporting documentation to the buyer’s solicitors and deal with any queries raised by them throughout the transaction, before proceeding to exchange of contracts and completion of the sale.
We will account to you fully for the net proceeds of sale of your property after arranging to discharge any mortgage affecting the property and to pay your estate agents if required.
